Cognitive-Behavioral
Interventions

The curriculum is designed for individuals that are moderate to high need in the area of substance abuse and well suited for criminal justice populations. This intervention relies on a cognitive behavioral approach to teach participates strategies for avoiding substance abuse.

Living
in Balance

Updated to meet DSM-5 classifications, this flexible program draws from cognitive-behavioral, experiential and Twelve Step approaches to help clients achieve lifelong recovery. This program is ideal for a variety of settings and is extremely comprehensive and customizable. Clients can join the treatment process at any point in the program delivery.

Relapse
Prevention

The relapse prevention program includes a self- assessment for clients to ascertain how well they are preventing relapse. The program will cover topics such as Treatment Attitudes, Recovery Behaviors, Common Recovery Dilemmas and Protracted Withdrawal.

12-Step
Facilitation

Clients will be introduced to the 12 steps of recovery. The program merges material from both NA and AA into a comprehensive guide. It discusses each step and asks clients questions designed to ascertain their willingness to delve deeper into that step and their recovery.
