Our Mission
The mission of Square One Health, LLC is to provide to the people of Ashtabula County, Mahoning County, Alleghany County, and surrounding areas, quality behavioral health services, and alcohol and drug abuse/addiction services. This will include but not be limited to: Withdrawal Management, Intensive Residential Services, Partial Hospitalization, IOP, Individual Counseling, Case Management, and Medically Assisted Treatment Therapy.
