Resident Assistant

We are currently in need of Resident Assistants for our men’s inpatient facility. This position is needed for the monitoring of clients while in a 24/7 care facility. The qualified candidates should have knowledge of substance abuse treatment, have the ability to be assertive while enforcing agency rules and to work independently. Current openings are part time evening shifts, Saturday/Sunday, and one overnight shift.

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are in need of a qualified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to oversee our medical detox program. This position will be responsible for patients who are experiencing withdraw symptoms and in need of medical services designed to assist in the safe withdrawal from alcohol and/or drug use. The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner duties will include admissions, treatment planning, discharges, consults, performing physical examinations, obtaining and updating medical histories. This position also includes working closely with other medical staff to ensure 24/7 quality care services. The qualified candidate should also be familiar with ASAM’s level of care including 3.7 rules and regulations. This position can be full or part time with a flexible schedule.

Registered Nurse

We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for our detox facility who has knowledge of substance abuse treatment. Under the direction of a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner the Registered Nurse is responsible for providing medical & history screens, providing individualized nursing care and overseeing the medical management of the patient. The position requires exceptional monitoring of the patient’s physical and psychological health while going through symptoms of withdrawal. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for completing the admissions procedure, documentation in client’s chart as the result of following the treatment plan/ physician’s orders and managing and administering medication as ordered by the Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner. The requirements for this position also include the ability to provide directions of medical care and needs of the clients to LPN’s/STNA’s. Salary is negotiable.
