At Square One Health we have 3 levels of care for our outpatient program.
We offer 2.5 PHP, 2.0 IOP, and 1.0 OP. Our outpatient programs are just that, “outpatient”, so you will get to go home at the end of the day to your own bed. Along with group counseling we offer individual counseling, peer support and case management.
We have a variety of resources to help with housing, employment, MAT therapy, schooling, food, clothing, and basic care needs.
Services available are intensive outpatient group counseling, PHP, individual counseling, peer support, outpatient, and case management services.
